ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL —Annie Osterhues’ classmates in Arlington Heights were among the first people she shared the American Girl holiday catalog with when it came out last month. Osterhues, 9, is among the models featured in this year’s catalog, the Daily Herald reports.

Osterhues, a third grader, has Down Syndrome, and it is her second time modeling for the American Girl holiday catalog. Two years ago, her older sister Nellie, who was in second grade at the time, also appeared in the catalog, according to the article . . .
