12 and 13-Year Old Brothers Run Their Own Bakery While Taking College Courses

The Mushambi brothers just hit their teenage years. Their achievements are way beyond what guys at their age are doing. At only thirteen and twelve, Nigel and Shane own their bakery in Texas.  After winning the local competition for three years back-to-back, their passion turned into a prosperous business. Moreover, they have college classes in their busy schedules which are in line with their business goals.

“I like to bake because it’s a mix of art and a mix of science. You need to know how acids react to bases,” said Shane (Black Business News, 2019).

Giving back to the community is one of the goals of the Mushambi brothers. Their business donates to two organizations that help impoverished communities. For their more immediate fans, they have a book in stores highlighting their mistakes in a bid to help others trying to make their passion a reality.
