Biden stops at three target sites to honor 9/11 victims
Saturday marked the twentieth anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks on the United States. President Joseph Biden honored its victims by traveling to all three sites where the hijacked planes crashed. He began his day in New York City where the World Trade Center’s twin towers fell. His second stop was Shanksville, Pennsylvania, where United Flight 93 crashed into a field after passengers overtook the hijackers and prevented another target from being hit. His final stop was back at Washington, D.C. to visit the Pentagon, which was another target.
