Uninstalling a Mobile Application. If you no longer wish to have any information collected by the Site, you may uninstall the application by using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. Once you uninstall the application, all information in connection with PB will be deleted. PB may retain country geolocation data based on IP information, however, PB will delete such information reasonably after a user uninstalls the mobile application.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS - YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
If you are a California resident, you may request information about our practices related to disclosing your personal information to certain third parties and/or opt-out of our sharing of your information with unaffiliated third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Cookies and Web beacons. We, and our affiliates, third party service providers, and our business partners may send "cookies" to your computer or use similar technologies to enhance your online experience at our Sites. Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

The Piggy Box ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Damages

The Piggy Box is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We currently ship to Canada.

Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

At thepiggybox.com, our goal is your complete satisfaction. You may return any new item for any reason within 30 days for a refund or a store credit. The item must be in the original, unopened package, to be accepted back for a refund or a store credit.

A damaged or defective item can only be replaced for the same item. Another item cannot be substituted in place of a damaged or defective item.

How to Return an Item

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will issue a Return Authorization. If the item is not damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include a copy of the packing slip and write the reason for the return, and if you would like a refund or an exchange.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping an item back to us. We recommend using carrier that provides you with a tracking number, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail.
